1. Revision of machine shop:
   Not every company, that is not profitable in the area of in-house machining, has to reduce the amount of internal machining or has to outsource to external suppliers. In this case it was sufficient to optimize single operations and cost accounts, together with a reorganization in middle management, in order to return to a profitable production.


2. Supplier-platform Eastern Europe
   Together with Innosourcing / CH we run a supplier- platform in the area of machining and assembly. We already know or search for suitable suppliers in Eastern Europe, from Poland via Czech, Slovakia and Hungary to Romania.
   In a certain case we could find 2 suitable suppliers for very complicated stainless steel components, even though the customer had searched himself for some time without result.


3. Wear-phenomena in diecasting foundries
   The production of large diecasting parts is technologically quite complex. When we analyzed extraordinary wear on dies, machines and production systems, we could repeatedly determine the basic cause and work out solutions.
