filling with concrete
In order to reduce the transmission of vibrations in the main components of precision machinery, which usually originate
from rotating parts likes electrical motors, the state-of-the-art process is filling these welded components with concrete.
This process involves less cost than the alternatives, which would be increasing weight and cost by using more and stronger
steel plates, or the use of castings.
This special concrete does not shrink during the drying stage, so that the final dry concrete fills completely the inside of
the machine-component and leaves no air-bubbles between the inner steel-walls and the concrete. For a successful production it
is also necessary to design the inside steel-structure accordingly and to fill up the concrete in an optimized way.

For our customers in the field of precision machinery, we perfected this process in-house and thus we can offer:
- the complete product "welded component and concrete filling and machining"
- we can guarantee that the final product will not have any air bubbles and thus there will be a strong steel-concrete connection. Therefore the concrete mass will fully participate in the transmission of any vibrations of the final machine.
